EFC Objective

The object of the EFC is to bring together members of the different aspects of food service to collect and share market insights on both the energy and non-energy aspects of the utilization of foodservice equipment in a commercial setting. The Council encourages idea sharing to expound the advantages of electric power.

Our Mission

The mission of the Electric Foodservice Council is to provide education, training, and shared best practices, for the benefit of its members, in the areas of energy usage and productivity in commercial kitchens, and to provide market intelligence about the use of related equipment.
